If the buyers cut of preference is out of stock a full refund can be made.

All cuts are professionally vacuum seal packaged and labeled by an inspected USDA meat processor.

Filet Mignon – 0.5 LB

Sirloin – 0.8 LB

Arm – 2.5 LB

Chuck – 3 LB

Rump – 3 LB
