Golden Ratio Beef is clean, unadulterated meat and the animals are well-kept and roam the landscape grazing on grass. My wife and I bought a quarter share and are beginning to enjoy the result. We like that the ground meat is blended with liver and heart and there is no organ taste at all. Had a filet this weekend and it was tender and delicious. Healthy, nutritious beef purchased locally. What’s not to love?
